Command master chiefs from Naval Education and Training Command's domain listen to Engineman 1st Class Sivenson Guerrier, assigned to the Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving, recite the sailor's creed during his Sailor of the Year board. Announcement of the Sailor of the Year will be made during a ceremony at the National Naval Aviation Museum at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Feb. 28.
