Brooklyn, NY - Col. Clifton Kyle, commander of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command (left), and Lt. Col. John R. Rhodes (right), commander of the U.S. Army New York City Recruiting Battalion, serve as grand marshals for the 6th Annual Brooklyn Veterans Day Parade here on November 2, 2024. Local commanders met with local community partners and elected officials to strengthen bonds and identify ways to consolidate resources that will assist military families living within the area.
