Previously, Petty Officer Aleman completed Officer Candidate School at Officer Training Command Newport and was commissioned this same day as Ensign (ENS) Raymond S. Aleman, United States Navy. Commissioned Officers are members of the Navy or Navy Reserve who lead and manage the Navy.
ENS Aleman’s professionalism, perseverance, and devotion to duty reflected credit on him and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
