U.S. Secret Service Acting Deputy Director Darryl Volpicelli and Chief Operating Officer Cynthia Sjoberg Radway signed a Certificate of Partnership with Brig. Gen. Leland L. Blanchard II, the Adjutant General (TAG) of the D.C. National Guard, during a Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) ceremony in Beltsville, Md., on Nov. 13, 2024. Through this partnership, the U.S. Secret Service helps Soldiers leverage their military experience to secure meaningful employment in both public safety and other key sectors, providing a clear pathway to success after service.
