YOKOSUKA, Japan (November 18, 2024) - (From left to right) Navy Exchange Yokosuka's Charlene DuBose, John Shoda, Matthew Miller, join Rear Admiral (ret.) Robert J. Bianchi, Chief Executive Officer, Navy Exchange Service Command, in a cake-cutting celebrating the grand opening of the Pizza Hut Express in the Main Street Food Court Monday, November 18.
