U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Michael Gibson, a food service specialist with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, lifts a log during the culmination of Martial Arts Instructor Course (MAIC) 12-25 on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Nov. 6, 2024. The MAIC is designed to test and strengthen the students' warfighting skills, leadership abilities, and overall mental and physical fitness.
