Installation of the Temporary Retaining Structure (TRS) at WSLP contract 102 underneath I-10 is progressing forward. The purpose of the TRS is to remove water from the area for placement of the I-10 east floodwall crossing. Contract 102 is expected to be complete in Spring 2027.
