A phlebotomist inserts a needle into a donor’s arm at the Armed Services Blood Program outside the Marine Corps Exchange Friday. The program provides donated blood to active-duty military, retired military and their dependents. The next blood drive is scheduled for April 10 at the Naval Health Clinic.
