Army Reserve Command enlisted leaders spoke about the Readiness Assignment Management Cell, which aims to target Reserve Soldiers for certain positions and begins service in early 2025. The Army Reserve's mission is to provide combat-ready units and Soldiers to the Army and the Joint Force across the full spectrum of conflict. In preparation, units are gathering at Fort Irwin, California from multiple components of the Army for Mojave Falcon, a proof-of-concept, large-scale-combat-operations, or LSCO, training exercise in 2025.
