PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — A U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 6 exits a flooded ballast tank aboard the ex-USS McHenry (LSD-43) during a render safe drill on an inert rocket drill in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nov. 18, 2024.
