John Page, Rear-Detachment commander of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team “Rakkasans,” 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), salutes the commander of troops to conclude a 187th Infantry Regiment activation ceremony Feb. 20 at Fort Campbell, Ky.
