U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft conducts airdrops of equipment, Nov. 14, 2024, at Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field, Arizona. While Airmen were honing their skills in the field with explosive ordnance disposal and Tactical Combat Casualty Care rotations, Marine airdrops took place simultaneously in the same area. These aircraft provide a vital platform for delivering supplies, equipment, and personnel to remote or combat zones where traditional transport methods are not feasible.
