Soldiers from the 201st Muti-functional Training Regiment (MFTR) of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard demonstrate their skills and knowledge during the Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction (PMI) in Fort Allen, Juana Díaz and Camp Santiago Joint Training Center in Salinas, Nov. 18 and 19, 2024. Soldiers pass the six tables of the preparation process to show their precision during the weapons qualification process. The weapons qualification helps improve Soldiers’ skills and confidence in using their weapons and maintain their proficiency.
