U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Jeff Cortez, the outgoing commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 7th Mission Support Command, bid farewell to leaders, colleagues, and friends at a change of command ceremony hosted Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at Kleber Kaserne in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Cortez served in the position for 18 months.
The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe - Africa missions across the theater.
