Congratulations to Scott Downing, Cyber Security Division Chief, 509th Signal Battalion, on his selection as the 2d Theater Signal Brigade Supervisor of the Quarter, 3rd Quarter 2024.
Mr. Downing spearheaded the Battalion's coordination and preparation for the Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network Cyber Operability Readiness Assessment. His strategic planning and coordination resulted in the efficient organization of required artifacts, seamless communication test pairings between inspectors and local subject matter experts, and a meticulously structured schedule of events.
