Marines and sailors with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 13 load their equipment onto a KC-130T Hercules before departing for Burundi from here, Feb. 16, 2013. The team of Marines will instruct the Burundi National Defense Force combat engineering skills and procedures. Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa conducts security force assistance and military-to-military engagements throughout Africa in support of Marine Forces Africa and U.S. Africa Command.
