Advisors from across the 4th Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) gathered on Nov. 22, 2024, for a spirited “Toy Ruck” event, bringing holiday cheer and supporting a meaningful cause.
Hosted by 3rd Squadron, 4th SFAB, the event combined fitness, fun, and giving back. Soldiers, families, and pets marched to Santa’s Workshop on Fort Carson, carrying toy donations for the Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop. The workshop is a needs-based organization ensuring children from six months to 12 years old receive gifts during the holiday season.
The event was filled with festive energy as participants donned holiday-themed outfits and embraced the season's spirit. The toy donations will go directly to Fort Carson Families in need, helping to brighten the holidays for children within the Mountain Post community.
The Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop is a nonprofit organization that ensures every donated toy impacts local families. Events like the Toy Ruck highlight the 4th SFAB’s commitment to service, both on and off duty.
