Staff Sergeant Alvaro Parra, course chief, along with Sergeant Araceli Bravo, faculty advisor, guided Marines during Corporal's course 1-25 on an early morning hike around Nebo aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, on December 4. The Marines were tasked with the challenge of traversing extensive distances while fully equipped with gear, weapons, and enduring cold weather conditions. This training is designed to enhance their acclimatization and resilience in various climates, scenarios, and navigation skills.
