Cattermole, the Deputy Commanding General - Support of III Armored Corps, receives a brief from Sgt. 1st Class Zachary Trice, the mobile command support noncommissioned officer in charge for Headquarters Battalion, III Armored Corps, during a motor pool inspection December 4, 2024, on Fort Cavazos, Texas. The inspection's priority is to procure a safe environment for the maintenance operations of III Armored Corps and subordinate units. The DCG-S of III Armored Corps is responsible for formulating the concepts of operations and support per the commander's intent, identifying specified and implied tasks needed to accomplish the mission, adjusting plans and orders based on feedback, and identifying resource constraints.
