Fleet Readiness Center Southwest Golden Wrench Award is presented to
Mr. Marvin Gantala, Equipment Project Manager.
The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with his teammates,
recognizes Mr. Marvin Gantala with the Golden Wrench Award for August 2024. Mr. Gantala is recognized for his exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment to our team. Marvin was assigned to the C2 and C3 Hoist Project in building 472, and despite having been with the department for just over a year, he has played a key role in developing the projects requirements. Coming from a maintenance background, Marvin understands the end user role and the importance of capturing critical details. He has demonstrated significant growth and a solid understanding of our processes and procedures. Marvin has proven to be an invaluable addition to the team, and we look forward to his continued contributions for years to come. Mr. Gantala’ s dedication to aviation maintenance support and to our nation’s warfighters makes him most deserving of the Golden Wrench Award.
