AGRs and ADOS personnel from the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ) completed their Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)at Fort Buchanan in Guaynabo on Dec. 6, 2024. The Army Combat Fitness Test assesses the physical domain of the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness System. As a general physical fitness test, an age and gender performance-normed scoring scale will be used to evaluate a Soldier's physical fitness. With this assessment, Soldiers can improve their unit readiness, transform the Army's fitness culture, reduce preventable injuries and attrition, and enhance mental toughness and stamina.
