Daniel Erdmann took a 1933 Mundlos sewing machine and repurposed it into a vanity for his 14-year-old daughter. The maintenance planner at Army Field Support Battalion Germany picked it up from a guy who was renovating an old farmhouse for 20 Euros. He removed the machine and added LED lights, painted all the cast iron pieces, sanded the top, and painted and distressed it to give in a certain look and feel. Finally, he added plexiglass for ease of cleaning and to retain the finish. (courtesy photo)
