Soldiers assigned to Charlie Company, 1-214th General Support Aviation Battalion, 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, conduct hoist training where the flight paramedic is lowered to the ground by the rescue hoist attached to an HH-60M Blackhawk helicopter at Grafenwoehr Army Airfield, Dec. 6, 2024. Regular hoist training ensures MEDEVAC aircrews are ready to respond to patient evacuations where suitable landing sites are unavailable.
