TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 4, 2024) U.S. Navy Surgeon General and Chief, U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Rear Adm. Darin K. Via, Sailors, left, signs documents after administering the oath of office to Tampa resident, Lt.j.g. Hunter Spencer, center, with Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Richard Yeboah, attached to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Miami, overseeing the transaction executed during a visit to University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, Dec. 4, 2024. Spencer, whose brother, Brogan, participates in USF’s Navy Reserve Officers' Training Corps, joins the fleet as a Navy critical care nurse.
