STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Misss. -- Cmdr. Robert LeClerc, commanding officer of the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS), briefs Rear Adm. Roberto Lemos with the Brazilian Marine Corps Doctrine Command during a recent tour of NAVSCIATTS facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi.
Lemos and his staff received a command brief on the international training command's mission for future security cooperation training opportunities
NAVSCIATTS operates under U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command in support of geographic combatant commanders' theater security cooperation priorities.
