Paul Dunbar, independent duty medical technician, 18th Medcial Operations Squadron train Sri Lankan Army engineers on the proper way to insert an intravenous needle during an Humanitarian Mining Action Program with the engineers that will help enhance medical efforts and abilities with demining in the northern part of the country, an area where demining has been a main focus since 2003, from Feb. 18-22.
