Lt. Col. Sean Kuester, the incoming commander of the 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, reviews his new battalion during the pass and review portion of the time honored tradition that is the change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Charles Armstrong relinquished his duties as the battalion’s commander, and Kuester assumed command. Marching by him while saluting is Cpt.
