241215-N-FG395-3318 COMMANDER, FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (December 15, 2024) - Lt. Andrea L. Sematoske, the U.S. 7th Fleet Bandmaster, conducts the joint concert, Together For The Holidays, in the installation's Benny Decker Theater Sunday, December 15, 2024. Sematoske commissioned as a bandmaster in 2019 and has spent time in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy as an enlisted musician in addition to performances with the several symphony orchestras in more than two dozen countries. The concert has been a holiday tradition in Yokosuka over the last decade and is Sematoske's first since arriving to Japan earlier this year. This year marks the first time the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Yokosuka Band, the Department of Defense Education Activity's Nile C.
