Staff Sgt. Elisabeth Brown, a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear specialist assigned to 1st Cavalry Division Sustainment Brigade, accepts a gift from the Polish community during a visit with local community members at Witkowo, Poland, Dec. 16, 2024.
“I felt really happy to be able to come out here and do this,” said Brown. “The Polish civilians were singing along, they were smiling, and they thanked us after so I think we did our job.”
