Over the course of two days (December 6 and December 12, 2024), 175 W.T. Sampson Elementary School students and homeschool children toured the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Post Office. Students mailed letters to Santa Claus, observed mail processing and x-ray machine operations. Each letter will receive a response from Santa! Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville site NS Guantanamo Bay Custodian of Postal Effects (COPE) Ms. Kayla Gray and Postal Officer Sacramento Tejeda coordinated the efforts along with Navy and Joint Task Force postal team members.
