TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. — An A-10 Thunderbolt II is refueled by a KC-135 Stratotanker during an orientation flight Dec. 12, 2024, as part of the 507th Air Refueling Wing’s annual Employer Support of Guard and Reserve orientation flight, or "Boss Lift." ESGR is a Department of Defense office that promotes cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
