At the final farewell banquet of this year's Norwegian Exchange, General Krisin Lund of the Norwegian Home Guardand General Richard Nash of the Minnesota National Guard exchange gifts to symbolize the bond between the two militaries. To bring the 40th anniversary of the Norwegian Exchange to a close, the Norwegian Home Guard treated Minnesota National Guard troops to elaborate events rich with tradition in the Norwegian culture, as well as tradition within the exchange itself.
