Maj. Gen. Hope Rampy, commanding general, Human Resources Command, provides Leader Professional Development as part of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command speaker series, Dec. 13, 2024, at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The senior Adjutant General was invited to provide insights on leadership. Rampy focused on adaptive and agile leadership, Soldier empowerment, and how leaders build and instill resiliency throughout their organizations. The audience included all human resource professionals from the 1st TSC main command post at Fort Knox, 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, 3rd ESC, and additional leaders forward deployed.
