Adm. Samuel J. Paparo, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, joins Commander in Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces Gen. Austin’s recent visit to Cambodia and highlights continued efforts to rebuild U.S.-Cambodia defense relations.
