Senior Airmen Garrett Ferenz, load planner, and Anthony Smith, joint inspector, both deployed to the 406th Air Expeditionary Wing from the 721st Aerial Port Squadron, prepare barrels of oil for shipment to their counterparts in East Africa on Dec. 19, 2024, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Smith and Ferenz are aerial porters, also known as “Port Dawgs”.
