In an effort to be a good neighbor to the community, the USACE Buffalo District Employee Recreation Association collected hats, gloves, scarves, and other clothing to donate during a holiday season "warming tree" collection drive, Buffalo, New York, Dec. 20, 2024. Items were brought and donated to Friends of Night People, a charitable organization serving people experiencing homelessness and poverty around the Western New York community, by Maj. Brian Bergeman, Deputy Commander of the Buffalo District, and other members of the team. (U.S. Army photo by Kaylee Wendt)
