- Fort Sill recognized eight outstanding instructors and curriculum developers from the Fires Center of Excellence and the Marine Corps School of Artillery In a ceremony held Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024. Gregory Warmoth - NCOA/ALC; FCOE Civilian Instructor: Mr. Ronald Brown, A/1-78th FA; FCOE NCO Curriculum Developer: Mr. Matthew Tate, DOTD, FA Curriculum Development Department; Marine Corps School Officer Instructor: Capt.
