WASHINGTON D.C. (Dec. 13, 2024) U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen compete against U.S. Military Academy cadets in the 2024 Patriot Games. The Patriot Games is a competition between the two service academies consisting of five events to include the Rocky Relay, a leadership reaction course, a pull-up challenge, and tug-of-war. The final event is an in-stadium obstacle relay prior to the start of the annual Army-Navy Game at Northwest Stadium. As the undergraduate college of our country’s naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
