ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 1, 2024) Aviation Machinist’s Mate Logan Reese, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1), conducts maintenance a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to the “Blue Knights” of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 (reinforced), on the ship’s flight deck May 1, 2024. Wasp is underway in the Atlantic Ocean completing integrated naval training as the flagship of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (WSP ARG)-24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU). Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4 and Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) work together with Joint and Allied teammates to mentor, train, and assess ARGs and MEUs in support of U.S. and Allied economic, security, and defense interests.
