Newly promoted Chief Warrant Officer 5 Jeffery A. Stice, the Oklahoma Army National Guard command property accounting officer, recites the oath of office from Col. Eric W. “Achieving the rank of CW5 has been a long-term goal of mine ever since I was appointed as a Warrant Officer,” Stice said. “I am truly honored to reach this milestone and to serve in this capacity. With this promotion comes greater responsibility and additional leadership opportunities, allowing me to play a larger role in driving positive change within the organization.
