APRA HARBOR, Guam (Nov. 28, 2024) Rear Adm. Gregory N. Todd, Chief of Chaplains of the Navy, is piped aboard the forward-deployed U.S. Navy submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), Nov. 28. Todd came aboard to serve and eat a Thanksgiving meal with Sailors assigned to Frank Cable. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to the island of Guam, repairs, rearms, and re-provisions submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Pacific region.
