The amount of radon or activity of radon is reported in units of picocuries, otherwise known as pCi, per volume (in liters) of air. This table provides U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recommendations on how soon action should be taken for various levels of radon concentration. These recommendations can be found in U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Public Works Technical Bulletin 200-1-144: Oct. 30, 2014.
