Bald Eagles build some of largest bird nests and often reuse nest sites from year to year like this mated pair at F.E. Walter Dam and Reservoir. Nests average about 5-6 ft wide and 2-4 feet tall, but the largest on record was 9.5 ft wide and 20 ft tall in St. Petersburg, Florida!
