Dominican Republic Armed Forces senior leadership and members from SOUTHCOM speak with Major General Miguel A. Méndez, the Adjutant General of Puerto Rico during a visit to the installations of the Puerto Rico National Guard at Ft. Buchanan to enhance the capabilities of Dominican Republic Armed Forces senior noncommissioned officers by fostering a collaborative learning environment between all service components from DRAF and Puerto Rico National Guard NCOs on Jan. 13, 2024. The PRNG is actively assisting the Dominican Republic in drafting the NCO Doctrine for their organic law.
