Rizzo, Jr., commanding general, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST-MCB) Camp Lejeune, is pinned by his wife and daughter during his promotion ceremony at Marston Pavilion on MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 13, 2025. With his promotion to brigadier general, Rizzo assumes the duties as commanding general of MCIEAST providing command and control of assigned Marine Corps installations in order to support the operating forces, tenant commands, military personnel and their families.
