U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Michael Moore, the outgoing sergeant major of 7th Communications Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, receives the colors during the 7th Comm. Bn. Sgt. Maj. Relief and Appointment ceremony at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 24, 2025. During the ceremony, Moore transferred the office of the sergeant major to Sgt. Maj. Valadez.
