Dr. Fikert Canitez, the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) lead, delivers JOPP training to Exercise Eagle Resolve 2025 (ER25) participants from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility on Jan. 12, 2025.
