Harry Perkins, a Martial Arts Instructor Trainer with 3rd Maintenance Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, oversees physical training during a Martial Arts Instructor course culminating event on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 27, 2025.
