Rogelio Salado, a fixed-wing aircraft mechanic with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, signals to an F-35B Lightning II aircraft pilot before their take off from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, in support of the Aviation Training Relocation Program, Jan. 28, 2025. This iteration of the ATR Program provided MAG-12 squadrons the opportunity to sharpen their tactical proficiency and perform flight operations in Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
