Medical personnel, both officer and enlisted, from the 136th and 147th Medical Group, Texas Air National Guard, carry a stretcher during a TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) Tier 2 training course at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Jan. 31, 2025. The course consisted of specialized instruction on how to render life-saving aid in combat situations and is meant to ensure military members stay proficient and ready to respond to a variety of emergency situations.
